  • Simply click the “Make a Booking” buttons that are all over our website or follow the link through instagram. Both links will take you to the same booking site.

  • Jump online and book the CONSULTATION + 1HR TREATMENT. We understand that coming in for a consultation, then returning at another time for the treatment is not the most time effective way to do things. Thats why you can book a consultation AND get your treatment done at the same time.

  • Yes, even if you’re using a voucher, we would kindly ask that you still leave a deposit to SECURE your appointment. Once the treatment is completed, we will refund your deposit and your voucher can be used. The deposit is in place in case of a “No Show”.

  • Come with a fresh clean face. If you’re coming from home, No make up is preferred, however, if you’re coming from work, thats not an issue either. We will still cleanse before we start your treatment.

  • Feel free to contact us via our landline or send a DM via Instagram to gain more knowledge on a particular service.

  • We’re Open Mon- Sat and operate via appointments. So please book in advance.

  • Yes, all major credit cards accepted as well as cash.

  • There is 2hr FREE Parking directly across the clinic as well as ample street parking surrounding.

  • Yes, they do! they are adjustable to accomodate all different heights and especially helpful for clients with mobility issues.

  • Thank you for respecting that we are a small business with a cancellation policy.

    Our booking policy doesn't only protect our team but also affects our affordability and ensures fair treatment to all our clients.

    Last-minute cancellations do not give us enough time to fill the appointments reserved for you and we can not send our team members home because part of their day was canceled.

    We acknowledge that from time to time it can not be helped, however, consider that you are not the only person canceling and we need a fair policy for all.

    Please book carefully. No-shows and last-minute cancellations mean that other clients cannot book into that time slot, which brings our business to a standstill also wastes the time and expertise of our highly trained professional therapists.

    A booking fee is required to secure all bookings. If it is within 24hrs prior to your appt and you cannot attend you may like to send a friend or family member to take your slot or forfeit your deposit to compensate for the time you have reserved with our therapists, if we have availability the same day we will be able to offer you another time on the same day.
