Deposit

Please be advised that appointments will require a deposit to reserve your chosen time. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Unfortunately we are unable to reserve a time for you without this deposit

CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book an appointment with us, we reserve this time especially for you. In return, We request 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of all appointments. As we understand that unforeseen circumstances do occur , Failure to communicate may result in your deposit being forfeited. If you are booking on a Gift Voucher, we will deduct 50% from the total value of your voucher. For your convenience we send a text message reminder 2 days prior to your appointment

Easy, free parking is available nearby at Pacific Square Shopping Centre and is within a short walking distance from Beauty on Boyce.
